NoDa spot named Best Beer Bar in the country for 3rd year in a row

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — For the third consecutive year, Salud Beer Shop in Charlotte’s North Davidson neighborhood was named “Best Beer Bar” in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

The website noted how the spot “has grown into a local favorite beer bar, complete with 16 taps and hundreds of bottled craft beers from around the world.”

Two more local spots were in the running for Best Beer Garden. Charlotte Beer Garden claimed third place in that competition while VBGB Beer Hall and Garden took seventh.

A panel of experts partnered with 10Best editors to pick the initial nominees, and the top 10 winners from each category are determined by popular vote.
