FORECAST:
- Morning temperatures are in the 30s to low 40s with much lower winds to start our Thursday.
- It won’t be quite as warm this afternoon as highs are near 60 degrees.
- Clouds will increase through the day with an isolated shower or two, especially for areas north of Charlotte.
- The best chance for showers and a few storms will be Friday afternoon and evening as a cold front crosses the area.
- Ahead of the front we’ll see highs in the mid 60s.
- Behind it, we’re looking at highs near 60 for the weekend with a mix of sun and clouds Saturday and Sunday.
