A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Lancaster County until 2:45 p.m. on Sunday.
- We will start Sunday mild and dry for the first half of the day, but we will see changes this afternoon.
- Cloud cover will increase ahead of our first round of showers expected this afternoon.
- We will start to see that rain across the mountains by about 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Heavier rain won’t come to the Charlotte area until around 5 p.m.
- There will be a risk for some strong showers on Monday.
