FORECAST:
- “Sunshine is slowly returning to the Carolinas and we’ll keep shining brightly through the work week,” said Chief Meteorologist John Ahrens.
- That will allow us to warm back up into the mid-70s without the threat of rain.
- Consider a lightweight costume because it may feel close to 80 degrees by trick-or-treat time.
