FORECAST:
- Some dense fog this morning in spots mainly west and south of Charlotte. This clears up later this morning and we should get back to a little more sunshine this afternoon.
- Highs warm back up to the mid 60s with a southwest wind.
- Can’t rule out a stray light shower or sprinkle today, but chances are mainly confined to the mountains out west.
- A better chance for rain comes in tomorrow afternoon ahead of the next cold front.
- Highs still reach to near 70 degrees on Wednesday before temps fall back to the 50s for the rest of the week.
- It will be even colder this weekend with temps only warming to the low to mid 40s.
