WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A tractor-trailer crashed from a North Carolina overpass Friday morning, spilling 200 gallons of fuel and snarling traffic.
The truck ran off the highway near an overpass and crashed down an embankment, the Winston-Salem Journal reported.
The area near Research Parkway was closed while crews worked to clear the scene, the Winston-Salem Fire Department said.

There were no injuries, the Winston-Salem Journal reported. The trailer was destroyed in the crash.
