TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Powerball jackpot has rolled over again after no ticket matched all six numbers in Monday night’s Halloween drawing.

The estimated top prize for Wednesday’s drawing is $1.2 billion, making it the second-largest Powerball jackpot and the fourth-largest U.S. lottery jackpot in history, the lottery said in a news release early Tuesday.

The winning numbers drawn Monday were 13, 19, 36, 39, 59 and Powerball 13, with an optional Power Play of 3x.

Update 12:40 a.m. EDT Nov. 1: No ticket matched all six numbers to win Monday’s $1 billion Powerball jackpot, the lottery’s official website said early Tuesday. That means Wednesday’s top prize will be an estimated $1.2 billion, with a cash value of $596.7 million, Powerball said.

Three tickets – sold in Florida, New York and Oklahoma – matched five numbers and included the optional Power Play to win $2 million each, according to the website. Ten other tickets – including two each in California, Ohio and Texas, and one each in Florida, Indiana, Michigan and New York – matched five numbers to win $1 million prizes.

The winning numbers for Monday’s drawing were 13, 19, 36, 39, 59 and the red Powerball was 13, according to lottery officials. The Power Play was 3.

Powerball allows the grand prize winner to decide how he or she wants to get the money — either by choosing an annuity where the jackpot is paid out over a 30-year period or by taking it in a lump sum. According to lottery officials, most winners opt for the lump sum or the “cash option.”

The Powerball is played in 45 states, including Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Drawings are held three days a week — Monday, Wednesday and Saturday just before 11 p.m. ET.

The Powerball numbers drawn Saturday were 19, 31, 40, 46, 57 and the red Powerball was 23. The multiplier was 3.
