In New York, residents banged pots and pans out of windows, honked horns and rallied on street corners.

“(Biden’s win) was just a release from stress, to know that the country would get back to civility and decency,” Sherry Viggs told CNN.
In Chicago, crowds were seen popping bottles of champagne and singing Queen’s “We Are The Champions.”

Hundreds of Biden supporters met at Freedom Tower in Miami to celebrate, CNN reported.
In Georgia, a group supporting President Donald Trump as part of the national “Stop the Steal” rallies in many cities across the country, WSB-TV reported.
