Disney debuts face masks, to donate proceeds to charity

Disney fans listen up. The company has designed face masks and the proceeds are going to charity.

The Walt Disney Company announced Thursday that it is offering masks for preorder with designs featuring Mickey or Disney princesses, but also Star Wars (yes, there’s a Baby Yoda one), Marvel and Pixar.

The company also designed one that will help you with cosplay if fans decide to dress like Mickey, Pooh, Stitch or Marie from “The Aristocats.”

The masks come in small, medium and large, and fit children to adults.

They come in packs of four for just under $20 plus shipping.

The masks will be shipped this summer, with preorders being submitted now.

Disney is donating 1 million cloth masks to underserved communities across the U.S. through the group MedShare, as well as all profits from the sale of the masks through Sept. 30 up to $1 million.

Disney has donated more than 100,000 N95 masks and 175,000 ponchos for hospitals to use protective garments, according to company officials.
