RIVERDALE PARK, Md. — Police found a body inside a clothing donation bin at a Maryland gas station Friday afternoon, authorities said.
Riverdale Park police received a call at about 12:30 p.m. from a resident, who said there was a foul odor coming from the bin, located outside a BP gas station, WJZ reported.
Officers arrived on the scene and discovered a corpse inside the bin, WUSA reported. The officers contacted the Prince George’s County Police Department Homicide Unit, which will be handling the death investigation, the television station reported.
Once officers arrived on scene, they located the body of a deceased person inside the bin. The death investigation is being handled by the Prince George’s County Police Department Homicide Unit. All further media inquiries will be handled by the @PGPDNEWS.

Riverdale Park police were unable to confirm if any foul play was involved, WTTG reported. Officials did not release any information about the deceased person, WUSA reported.
