MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Pro wrestler Jeff Hardy is facing a public intoxication charge after a weekend incident in South Carolina.
According to the Sun News, Myrtle Beach police arrested the 41-year-old WWE star Saturday morning after the department received calls about an "intoxicated man" at the Ocean Enclave by Hilton Grand Vacations hotel, authorities said. The North Carolina native was taken to the city jail, booked and released after posting "less than $200 bond," TMZ reported.
In a statement, WWE told the Sun News that Hardy, part of the "Hardy Boyz" wrestling duo, "is responsible for his own personal actions."
