WDAF reported that in 26 months, she has 2-year-old Danarius, 1-year-old twins Delilah and Davina and 3-week-old twins Dalanie and Darla.

The newest pair were released from the hospital in June after weeks in intensive neonatal care. They are Couch's second set of twins with her fiance.

The six babies are not from fertility treatments either.

"People just consider me a freak of nature when I tell them," Couch told WDAF.

Couch's first born, 2-year-old Danarius, is also a twin, but his brother, Desmond, died shortly after birth from complications. The twins were born premature.

Couch thought the second pregnancy with twins was a fluke. She wanted to get pregnant a third time because she loves babies.

The twins are all fraternal, which happens when two eggs are released and fertilized at the same time.

Identical twins occur when one egg fertilized egg splits in two.

"The fact that you've (had fraternal twins) it before makes you more likely to do it again," Dr. Elizabeth Wickstrom of Shawnee Mission Medical Center told WDAF.

Although Couch doesn't mind the sleepless nights and loads of laundry, she does mind one thing.

"My regrets would be timing," she said. "But I'm really happy that I can even create babies or have life because some women can't do that."

Couch said she applied for benefits but was denied, so she started a GoFundMe page to help her family.
