"We're considering everything from the child just walking away ... all the way up to and including foul play," Hampton police Chief Terry Sult told reporters Monday afternoon.
Noah's mother is "working with our detectives at this point and trying to find a safe resolution to this, as well," Sult added.
Here is an update from Chief Sult on our efforts to locate the missing child in the Buckroe beach area. We appreciate citizens offering their assistance to search. However, we request that civilian search parties refrain from coming to the area. pic.twitter.com/hEWGHasBhe
