HOMOSASSA, Fla. — You've seen dogs hanging out of car windows, their tongues wagging as they enjoy a cool breeze.
Watching a raccoon doing the same thing is a little, well, different.
A Florida couple driving through Citrus County on Sunday spotted the animal in another car, WFLA reported.
Savannah Bostic and her boyfriend, Jermaine White, were driving through Homosassa when a white car passed them. Bostic told the television station she did a double take when she saw the raccoon hanging out of the window.

"We thought it was so funny," Bostic told WFLA.
Bostic began filming with her cellphone and shared the video on Facebook.
While having a raccoon as a pet may seem unusual, it is not illegal in Florida, WTVJ reported. According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, a permit is needed to own a raccoon, the television station reported.
