According to our news partners at the Rock Hill Herald, the homeowner told authorities she let Leonard Dale Dover stay at her home because he was homeless and it was raining. The report says that while she was at the store, Dover offered her daughter money for several sexual acts as he performed sex acts on himself.
The girl used her cellphone to record some of Dover's actions. Sheriff's officer spokesman Trent Faris says Dover was arrested Friday on a charge of attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor.
It's unclear whether he has a lawyer.
