CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Charlotte's Presbyterian Hospital was named one of the 50 best hospitals in America by a leading health care magazine.
Becker's Hospital Review ranked the acute-care facility in Charlotte among the top in the nation.
Two other hospitals in North Carolina made the rankings for 2011. Duke University Medical Center in Durham and Rex Hospital in Raleigh were the other two.
Presbyterian Hospital is a 531-bed facility in midtown Charlotte operated by Presbyterian Healthcare.
