CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal east Charlotte shooting.
Eric Blackmon, 25, was arrested Friday and charged with murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon in the May 15 shooting of Miguel Angel Audon' Corado. He was killed in the parking lot behind an apartment complex on Wembly Drive.
The Violent Criminal Apprehension Team arrested Blackmon at a home on Belle Bragg Way without incident, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said.
Blackmon is in the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office and is being held without bond.
