CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Police were investigating the discovery of a body found in the Catawba River near Belmont Sunday afternoon.
Police told Eyewitness News they believe the body had been there for a few days. They don't expect foul play.
Investigators were working to try and identify the body.
Few details have been released in this case.
