Plaza Midwood to host annual fall festival

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Plaza Midwood is preparing for its annual fall festival and Halloween celebration, featuring a costume parade, trunk-or-treating and more.

The Fall Crawl kicks off at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 27 with a costume parade for kids, starting in Midwood Park. At noon, there will be trunk-or-treating at Kilgo United Methodist Church.

From 12:30 p.m. - 5 p.m., there will be music, food, kids’ activities and local artists and vendors in Midwood Park. The activities in the park are free and open to the public.

The celebration will mark the festival’s seventh year.
