CHARLOTTE — The Carolina Panthers lost a nail-biter for the second week in a row, but Bank of America Stadium was electric before the heartbreak Sunday.
The Panthers kept it close and took the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to overtime, but the result was another down-to-the-wire loss.
