RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Highway Patrol is preparing to unveil two new law enforcement helicopters.
The agency is preparing to unveil them on Tuesday at its aviation hanger in Raleigh. The ceremony will include remarks by the head of the patrol as well as a demonstration of the aircraft.

The patrol said in a news release that the Bell helicopters will significantly boost the organization's ability to promote public safety and complete live-saving missions.
They will be used in addition to the patrol's current aircraft.
