MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Myrtle Beach began seeing some of the outer bands from Hurricane Dorian Wednesday.

Channel 9 crews saw more people start boarding up along the Grand Stand.
After watching the latest forecast, Charles Shotts boarded up his business by lunchtime.
“You never know what this thing is gonna do. We can predict all we want. It’s gonna do what it wants to do, for sure, and we could definitely get doused with rain and flying debris is the reason I’m doing this," Shotts said.
