SAN DIEGO — A golden retriever is being called the “worst guard dog ever” after his surprising reaction to a break-in was caught on video.
His name is Nash, a 4-year-old from San Diego.
While his owners were out of the house, a man broke in through a window and was inside for about 30 minutes. Instead of barking, Nash stood in front of him with a toy in his mouth, hoping to start a game of fetch.
Police used a drone to find the suspect inside the home, and the intruder was eventually arrested.
The video of the interaction has since gone viral online.
