“When I started running I didn’t see anyone who looked like me in the run clubs or anywhere that I participated in,” Zhenia Martinez, a runner with Thrive Amiga, told Telemundo’s Emi Darquea.
In the video at the top of this webpage, see how Sanchez is motivating and supporting Latinas on and off the course.
>>Channel 9 will also broadcast a special one-hour show starting at 7 p.m. Saturday. You can watch on-air and online with our apps or at WSOCTV.com.
