Woman wins $100K from scratch-off ticket sold at local Food Lion

RALEIGH — Roberta Walkewicz, of Mooresville, bought a $30 scratch-off ticket and won $100,000, N.C. Education Lottery officials said.

Walkewicz bought a Supreme 7s ticket from the Food Lion on North Main Street in Mooresville.

After taxes, she took home $71,509.
