CHARLOTTE — A Charlotte-based restaurant chain that was in growth mode just two years ago has been quietly shuttering stores around the Carolinas.
Wild Wing Cafe’s Rock Hill location is among the latest to close, posting a message yesterday on its Facebook page — after less than 18 months in operation.
“Wingers old and new, we have made the decision to close our doors permanently,” reads the message. “This was not a decision that was made easily.”
It’s just one of several locations that apparently have closed in recent weeks.
