HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — The Huntersville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle suspected of being involved in a shooting into an occupied home.
Officers responded to the 15000 block of Seafield Lane around 11:57 p.m. Wednesday after reports of gunfire.
According to police, a white, mid-sized SUV was seen firing rounds into the home before fleeing. No injuries were reported.
Detectives believe the SUV may have traveled through the Stone Hollow neighborhood shortly before the shooting.
Residents in Stone Hollow and nearby areas are asked to check home security, doorbell, and dashcam footage from 11:40 p.m. to midnight for a white, mid-sized SUV.
