CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Business Journal is continuing its monthly review of health-code inspections for restaurants in Mecklenburg County.
Restaurants listed in this section received a grade of either “B” or “C” when inspected in December, according to data pulled Jan. 14 from the N.C. Public Health Inspections’ online database.
A total of 493 restaurants, four of which scored below an “A,” were inspected in Mecklenburg County last month. For restaurants with a “B” or “C” grade in December that have since been reinspected, the updated score will be noted in the summary. Food establishments that score below 70 immediately have their permits revoked, according to state law.
The four restaurants scoring below an “A” are scattered from north and east Charlotte to South Boulevard. Check out the full report here.
