What’s in store for two shuttered restaurant sites in Charlotte area

CHARLOTTE — Upscale steak and seafood concept Mickey & Mooch has shuttered its two Charlotte-area locations — but a replacement is already in the works.

Veteran restaurateur Rob Duckworth has signed leases for both sites. He plans to open his Link & Pin concept there.

The Link & Pin brand is focused on chef-driven, yet approachable, offerings. It dishes up lunch, dinner and brunch with a focus on craft cocktails.

The sites are in Huntersville and south Charlotte.
