CHARLOTTE — Severe weather forced Luke Combs fans to take cover at his concert on Saturday night.
Officials at Bank of America Stadium asked fans to clear the seats for the time being until the weather passed.

Just hours before, fans flooded the streets of Uptown, tailgating and preparing for Combs’ concert.
But before fans left the stadium, the country singer made sure they knew the show had to go on.
“I got to get off stage for lightning, so listen, here’s the deal,” Combs said. “Ain’t nothing I can do about the lightning, but I ain’t going nowhere; if y’all ain’t going anywhere, I ain’t going anywhere.”
Fans and Combs returned to the stadium just before 10:30 p.m. to finish the show.
