UNION COUNTY, N.C. — A missing man that police in Waxhaw were asking for the public’s help finding was found dead in Stallings, according to the Waxhaw Police Department.
Police were looking for Garr Michael Cheskin after he left his Waxhaw home Monday morning and hadn’t been seen or heard from since.
Cheskin’s car was located in Stallings, parked near the Scott Clark Toyota dealership. His body was found in the same area, according to police.
Police said the death was not considered suspicious.
