CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A trio of real estate firms are in a joint venture on an upcoming adaptive-reuse project in Charlotte’s Wilmore neighborhood in South End.
FCP, Abacus Capital and Big Cypress Capital have purchased 2213 and 2218 Toomey Ave., a pair of one-story warehouse buildings they plan to convert into office space. The firms paid $3.7 million for the 2213 Toomey building and $3.9 million for 2218 Toomey, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.
The buildings are adjacent to one another on Toomey Avenue, between Wilmore Drive and Tremont Avenue.
