CHARLOTTE — MEDIC says one person was seriously hurt in a shooting in Uptown Charlotte Monday evening.
Channel 9 got viewer video that shows a heavy police response outside of the Mecklenburg County Services Building near College Street and 9th Street around 9 p.m.
MEDIC said the victim had life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department hasn’t released any information on the shooting yet. We don’t know if a suspect is in custody yet.
The victim hasn’t been identified.
