CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This upscale steakhouse is slated to open in SouthPark next month.
Steak 48 is targeting a Dec. 18 opening at Apex SouthPark. It is located at 4425 Sharon Road.

That 11,500-square-foot restaurant is the latest for Prime Steak Concepts, which also operates locations in Phoenix, Philadelphia, Houston and Chicago.
That restaurant group has invested between $8 million and $9 million into the Charlotte establishment to deliver a luxury dining experience.
