CHARLOTTE — Officials at the University of North Carolina Charlotte received allegations this week of hazing within the baseball team, according to a press release from the university.
Officials said they have started a thorough investigation.
University policy prohibits hazing, stating, "It is the responsibility of all students, staff, faculty and members of the University community to ensure an atmosphere of learning, social responsibility, and respect for human dignity."
