PAGELAND, S.C. — Two women are dead following a shooting Friday outside a home on North Arant Street in Pageland.
Chesterfield County Sheriff James Dixon told Channel 9's South Carolina bureau reporter Greg Suskin one of the women was found on the ground and the other inside a car.
Deputies later identified the victims as Brittany Nicholson, 23, and Jakia Seegars, 21.
The sheriff said the incident is being looked at as a possible murder-suicide, but that the investigation is ongoing and SLED agents are being called in to assist.
No additional information has been released.
