In total, those ventures will cost roughly $13 million, says Phil Buchy, founder of Legion.

The first launches a new brand for the brewery, with the Trolley Barn Fermentory at Atherton Mill slated to open this spring.
Legion also has started construction on a 22,000-square-foot project at 2001 W. Morehead St. — part of the Salt + Vinegar adaptive-reuse project by Charlotte’s White Point Partners.
