Two Charlotte zip codes named ‘hidden gems’ in real estate

CHARLOTTE — Two areas in Charlotte are now considered up-and-coming, according to reports from the Charlotte Business Journal.

Real estate company made a list of what it called “hidden gems.”

Those are neighborhoods that often go overlooked but had an increase in new listings last year.

The 28262 zip code in the University City area ranked second in the company’s $400,000 to $600,000 price range.

The 28673 zip code in Sherills Ford ranked ninth.
