Lanes reopen after truck fire shuts down I-77 southbound in Mooresville

IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — A vehicle fire shut down I-77 southbound, between Brawley School Road and U.S. 21-Williamson Road, Monday morning.

Channel 9′s Mark Taylor spotted smoke billowing from a truck on fire, with heavy delays forming near Mooresville, just before 7 a.m.

Channel 9 confirmed that all lanes had reopened just after 9 a.m.
