CHARLOTTE — Fast-fashion retailer Zara has dozens of U.S. store projects in the works for the next few years — and a location at Charlotte’s SouthPark mall is said to be among them.
Executives with the brand’s Spanish parent company, Inditex SA, talked about those plans during an earnings call this week, according to a transcript from Seeking Alpha. In addition to new stores, relocations, renovations and expansions in the U.S., the company is increasing its logistics capacity at distribution centers internationally.
A report from Insider names the Charlotte location as one of 10 new stores planned.
