Strong storms moved through our area, prompting tornado and flash flood warnings. Our expert team of meteorologists were tracking a line of severe weather that’s toppled trees, torn off roofs and flooded roads.
The National Weather Service is on its way to our area to figure out if tornados touched down and caused all the damage.
While the rain later slowed down, the threats did not. The big concern late Thursday night and into Friday is flooding in our rivers and creeks. Several school districts canceled or delayed classes Friday.
The storms killed at least two people in our area.
