CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A townhouse development is under construction in south Charlotte, with the first homes expected to open next month.
Charlotte-based Sinacori Builders and Simonini Group are developing a 10-unit, for-sale townhouse project called Rea Court, near the intersection of Rea and Colony roads in south Charlotte. The homes are being built across the street from Colony Place shopping center.
