But, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission is warning people about a recall after a young boy got hurt. Twenty-five thousand fireworks in Indiana were recalled after an explosion caused the 8-year-old boy to lose his hand.

There are 18 recalled products listed on the commission's website that can be identified by brand names and item numbers printed on their wrapping.

Each year, there are big warnings about being careful around fireworks.
