YORK COUNTY, S.C. — It appears the two sides have reached an agreement in the bankruptcy case for David Tepper’s GT Real Estate Holdings company.
GT Real Estate was the business that was in charge of the failed Panthers practice facility in Rock Hill.

Lawyers for GT Real Estate and York County said they anticipate forming a deal, but did not share the terms of it.
GT reached a separate settlement with the City of Rock Hill earlier this month, in which the city would get $20 million.
A hearing to formally approve the bankruptcy plan is expected on Dec. 14.
