ROCK HILL, S.C. — Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails welcomes its first guests Thursday.
That concept — the sophomore effort for the team behind The Goodyear House in Charlotte — is located in the historic Lowenstein Building at 300 Technology Center Way in Rock Hill. That 6,000-square-foot space was formerly home to White Horse Restaurant.
It is part of Rock Hill’s University Center and just two blocks from Winthrop University.
Chef Chris Coleman, A.J. Klenk and Sean Potter are behind the venture — the second for Built on Hospitality Restaurant Group. They’ve invested about $400,000 to make Old Town a reality.
