CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Channel 9 is getting an exclusive look at improvements to the Bojangles Coliseum in east Charlotte Tuesday morning.
Charlotte City Council approved $16 million to renovate the Coliseum.

The new ice was tested Tuesday for Charlotte Checkers.
A new scoreboard will be put in soon and old seats will be replaced.
Eyewitness News anchor Scott Wickersham gave viewers a sneak peek inside with a livestream on Twitter.
