MOORESVILLE, NC — Police arrested the man they said robbed a Mooresville bank Tuesday morning.
Bradley Joseph Clyne, 58, was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the bank robbery.
The robbery happened around 11:30 a.m. at the Fifth Third Bank on River Highway.
Employees said a man came into the bank, demanded money and took off. He got into a blue car, possibly a Chevrolet Aveo or Cobalt passenger car with chrome trim around the trunk area.

Employees said the man was speaking in a Scottish or English accent. They described him as having a slim build, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall, with a gray goatee.
Police said an officer spotted a Chevrolet that matched the description from the bank employees and stopped the car to investigate.
The officer then arrested the driver, Clyne.
Officials said he never showed a weapon during the robbery, and he got away with an unknown amount of cash.
No one was hurt.
Clyne's bail has been set to $150,000.
