Summit Coffee’s first franchise location opening this spring

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Summit Coffee Co.’s first franchise location will open in Huntersville this spring. The cafe — the seventh for Summit — will be located in Birkdale Landing, along NC Highway 73.

Brian Kiley, Michael Rock and Bill Whittington will own that roughly 1,600-square-foot venture, which is slated to open in May. The space’s design includes indoor and outdoor seating, with plans for live entertainment as well.
