CHARLOTTE — Suffolk Punch Brewing is putting the finishing touches on its 11,000-square-foot home in SouthPark.
It opens at 10 a.m. on May 13 in SouthPark mall’s West Plaza. It’s at 4400 Sharon Road, near Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Suffolk Punch looks to elevate the mall’s dining and entertainment options with its family-friendly venue. Expect that location to deliver a brewery, café, taproom and coffee bar under one roof.
It creates the perfect environment to grab breakfast and coffee, a business lunch or a night out with family and friends.
“We lead with excellent beer and excellent food. That’s the cornerstone of our brand,” says Seth Stidham, co-owner and chief operating officer.
Suffolk Punch Brewing got its start in Charlotte’s South End in 2017.
The SouthPark location aims to build on that success. It provides access to a different demographic than South End, says Dan Davis, owner and director of restaurant operations.
“I think it’s going to be a perfect mix of casual South End vibe and providing the SouthPark experience,” Davis says. “It’s just such a vibrant part of town.”
