CHARLOTTE — An upscale SouthPark steakhouse is giving back to the community.
On Wednesday, Steak 48′s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Heather King, cooked and served a steakhouse dinner for the 120 residents of Roof Above’s Moore Place, which houses men and women who were once chronically homeless.

This was one of two Steak 48 dinners planned for Roof Above residents. The restaurant will also serve dinner to the 88 residents of The Rise on Clanton later this month.
